  • My favorite thing about mindfulness is that I learned how to pay attention.
  • I used mindfulness to help not say mean things.
  • I used mindfulness for a test because a question was confusing.
  • Mindfulness often helps me focus on something when I'm distracted at school, and out of school. It helps me focus a bit on MAPS testing.
  • I have used mindfulness before a test to calm me down and not be worried. I've also used it before a soccer game to give me confidence.
  • My favorite thing about mindfulness is that it really does help you calm down. Mindfulness can also help you with anger & becoming better at something.
  • I used it when I was really upset or feeling tired.
  • I try to use mindfulness at least every week. It helps me stay calm and happy. It helps me realize when I'm getting mad or stressed.
